Zac is the Director of Coastal & Waterfront Services at AMI Consulting Engineers and is the UMWA President.

Jeremy owns Riverview Boat & Tug Service. He serves as the chair of UMWA- previous president in 2024.

Linda works at the St. Paul Port Authority and served as the UMWA treasurer and still serves on the board.  

Greg is a past president of UMWA and a current director. He works in consulting on marine projects.

Mark serves as the UMWA treasurer.  He represents the Twin Cities & Western Railroad on the board. 

Mark serves as the UMWA secretary and he has been an UMWA member and supporter for awhile.

Kevin is a specialist in intermodal and maritime terminal design and works for VAA out of Minnesota.   

Vince represents clients in the areas of admiralty and maritime law, commercial litigation, and government contracts.

Mike works for Dehn Oil Co.- a wholesale marketer of refined products and is a longtime member of UMWA.  

Randy works for Upper Mississippi Fleeting, LLC. He’s has served on the UMWA board for multiple years.  

Taylor is the president of LS Marine, Inc. He specializes in marine, civil and commercial construction. 

Rick works at Voigt Consultants and served on the Minnesota Water Resources Conference Planning Committee.

Wylie is a director on the UMWA board and he is the president of Wylie Wilson Trucking, Inc. out of Minnesota.
