Nicole Siems is a Senior Designer at VAA, specializing in the design and development of construction drawings for inland river barge terminals as part of VAA’s Port & River Terminal Design group. Growing up in Lake City, Minn., – a Mississippi River town – Nicole developed an early interest with river transportation. She later connected that interest to the vital commodities these vessels carry. Nicole earned an A.A.S. in Architectural Drafting & Design from Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis. Today she combines technical expertise with a passion for infrastructure that keeps goods moving and communities thriving.
