Breann Popkin has worked at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for over 13 years and holds a Master of Science in Biology from Western Illinois University. She has held positions as a biologist, project manager, and most recently the St. Paul District Strategic Navigation Program Manager. She has expertise in Federal navigation policy and regulation, dredging, and beneficial use of dredged material. In her personal life, she enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with her husband and twins.
