Paul Freeman, a Starbuck, Minn. farmer has served agriculture in many facets.

After serving as the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association president from 2015-2016 and holding other positions on the board, he was elected to the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council in 2021.

He also serves on the Northern Crops Council, which educates and promotes the use of regional crops nationally and globally. His leadership remains apparent through his involvement on the Agricultural Research Education Extension Technology Transfer program.

Paul has always wanted to be a farmer and continues to live out that dream while serving other Minnesota farmers. He raises soybeans, corn and food-grade soybeans.
