Corps of Engineers announces permanent road closure of 173rd Avenue SE for Fargo-Moorhead diversion project,
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, along with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and Cass County, will permanently close the portion of 173rd Avenue SE between 49th Street SE and 124th Avenue South (Cass County Highway 16 South). The closure is expected to begin around April 28.
